By using the au99 website (https://au99.online) and all associated services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is legally binding and applies between au99 and all users of the platform.

To open an account at au99, the following conditions must be met:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawals may take 1–3 business days to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The name on deposits and withdrawals must match — third-party transactions are not accepted.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, au99 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Au99 will not be held responsible for unconfirmed bets resulting from network delays during live betting.
• The maximum bet amount per event is set by au99 and is subject to change.
• In an accumulator or combo bet, if one selection is voided, the bet will be settled using the remaining selections.

Au99 monitors all unusual betting patterns. If any user's activity is suspected to be an abuse of the system, au99 reserves the right to adjust that account's betting limits or temporarily suspend the account.

Au99 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions, detailed on the relevant bonus page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit exclusively.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the au99 platform. Violations of these Terms & Conditions will result in account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Money Laundering: Any attempt to launder money from illegal sources through au99.
• Match Fixing: Manipulating the outcome of any event in advance.
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Account Sharing: Using another person's account or allowing others to use yours.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• System Hacking: Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to au99's systems.
• Information Fraud: Submitting false identification or personal information.

Au99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• By court order or government directive.

You may request to close your au99 account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded; however, any active bonus will be forfeited if its wagering requirements have not been met.

Au99 may charge a monthly maintenance fee on inactive accounts. Accounts left inactive for 12 months may be closed and any remaining balance forfeited.

Au99 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform at all times. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. In such cases, au99 will work to restore services as quickly as possible.
